摘 要随着社会经济的快速发展，我国的融资租赁也有了很大的进步，但仍存在着诸多的问题。本文通过对融资租赁的概念，特点和优势的介绍，以及对国内外融资租赁的发展历程的分析，以统计数据及图表对租赁业的业务量及增长率进行定量分析，并针对我国对我国融资租赁业出现的法律不完善、政府支持不足、融资渠道狭窄、专业人才缺失等问题进行分析，提出了提高政府扶持力度、营销方式多样化、加强专业人才的培养、创新再融资方式等相应地解决策略，给企业融资租赁提供参考。87345

融资租赁方式在企业的应用研究
0引言
二战后美国出现了融资租赁业务，直至上世纪六十年代，融资租赁业务已经普遍出现在英国、日本等发达国家，为发达国家的经济发展做出了重要的贡献。我国的融资租赁最早开始于20世纪80年代，1981年4月中国东方租赁公司首先开始发展融资租赁业务，成为了我国融资租赁的先行人。经过30多年的发展融资租赁在我国企业融资问题上发挥了重要的作用，到目前为止，融资租赁在资本市场中占第二位，已经超过其他融资方式占有额，仅次于银行信贷。然而，截至2015年，我国市场上租赁业务的广泛率低于世界租赁业发展的平均值，其中租赁在固定资产投资中所占比例不足5%，由此看来，我国的融资租赁对我国的经济促进作用还不充足。针对这一问题，本文根据我国融资租赁行业的发展现状与需要，研究和引进国外租赁经验，取长补短，提出笔者的意见和建议，形成促进我国国民经济发展有利的融资租赁业务。论文网 融资租赁方式在企业的应用研究:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_133862.html
