摘要新能源产业作为战略性新兴产业的重要组成部分，自提出以来一直备受广大学者关注，影响新能源产业上市公司经营绩效的因素也越来越多。本文以经济学、金融学、会计学相关理论为基础，首先阐述新能源企业经营绩效的评价指标体系及其影响因素，在此基础上具体分析股市波动影响新能源产业上市公司经营绩效的传导途径。实证研究采用EVIEWS计量分析软件作为分析工具，选取80家国内上市新能源企业2012年第一季度至2015年第四季度的季度面板数据，在各变量通过单位根检验及协整检验后，进一步对股市波动对新能源产业上市公司绩效的影响做显著性回归，并得出结论。文末，结合实证分析，探讨新能源产业的未来发展，并且给出一些政策建议。83272

Title A Study on Influence of Stock Market Fluctuation on the Operating Performance of Chinese Listed Companies in New Energy  Industry

Abstract As an important member of strategic emerging industries,the new energy industry has aroused attention from many scholars since been put forward。 Also,factors influencing the operating performance of new energy industry listed companies have become more and more。Guided by related theories of ecnomics,finance and accounting,the paper elaborates the evaluation method,the selection of evaluation index and the influencing factors of the new energy industry listed companies。 In the empirical part,selecting EVIEWS as analysis tool,this passage chooses the panel model to examine80 Chinese new energy industry listed companies’ quarterly data in 2012-2015 empirically。 Finally,the paper discusses the prospect of the new energy industry and provides some political suggestions。
