摘要我国经济的发展越来越好，消费者的消费水平逐步提高，奢侈品市场在中国的规模越来越大。随着 电子商务的兴起与发展，奢侈品电子商务开始出现。我国在奢侈品电商方面的政策不断在改进。在新税 制的执行后，奢侈品电商的发展将会如何？本文通过新旧税制的变化分析新税制的实施对奢侈品电商税 收变化、消费回流、消费结构变化与弹性的问题，探究奢侈品电商在新税制之后的发展趋势，并给出相 应的建议。88215

With the economic development, increased consumer income and improved consumption level in China, the luxury goods market scale is growing bigger and bigger。 With the rise and development of e-commerce, luxuries e-commerce starts to appear。 The national policy towards luxuries e-commerce keeps improving。 Then what will happen to luxuries e-commerce development after the implementation of the new tax system? In this paper, by analyzing the change of the old and new tax system the implementation of the new tax on luxury electric business tax changes and backflow of consumption, consumption structure change and elastic problems, to explore the development trend of the luxury electric business after the new tax system, and gives corresponding suggestions。
