摘要随着世界经济结构的深度调整，服务贸易已成为经济活动的重要内容，因此，服务业与 服务贸易的发展水平成为衡量一个国家现代化水平的重要标志之一。中国是世界第二大经济 体，在全球贸易中占有重要地位。2014 年，中国服务贸易总额首次超越德国位居世界第二， 并保持至今。中国对外贸易额持续增长的同时，更需要注重贸易结构的调整，尤其是服务贸 易具有巨大的发展空间。在世界经济复苏缓慢、结构调整势在必行背景下，中国应积极推动 发展服务贸易，促进贸易结构优化，提高就业率和全面推动经济发展。本文选取我国经济最 活跃、服务贸易发展最好最快的省份之一——浙江进行研究：通过浙江的服务贸易发展现状、 存在的问题，提出适合发展条件的对应举措。本研究对推动浙江省的服务贸易具有一定的理 论与实践意义，对全国服务贸易的大发展也具有一定参考与借鉴意义。88155

Abstract As global economic structure is undergoing a profound adjustment , service trade plays a bigger role currently。 Hence, the development of service industry and trade has become a solid demonstration of a thorough modernization。 China,as the world’s second largest economy, holds a strong say in the global trade arena 。 In 2014, its trade volume in services has surpassed Germany, climbing to the second place worldwide。 Such prominence has been remained so far 。 While enjoying a sustainable rise of 4 % in foreign trade volume ,China attaches greater importance to trade restructuring so as to boost the growth of service trade。Restructuring is inevitable in the light of a slow economic recovery。 Therefore, it is urgent for China to promote the development of service trade and the optimization of its structure as so to create more job opportunities and realize an all-round economic development 。Based on the case of Zhejiang—the province that boasts the greatest vitality in service trade, this thesis conduct a series of researches by analyzing the Zhejiang’s status quo ,its existing problems and then proposing effective methods to tackle the problems accordingly 。Hence ,this thesis can serve as inspiring theory and experience for the development of service trade in Zhejiang Province and nationwide 。源-于,优W尔Y论L文.网wwW.youeRw.com 原文+QQ75201,8766
