摘要中国与南非作为世界上经济发展较为快速的两个新兴经济体，同是“金砖五国”的重要组成部分。两国在经济、政治和文化等方面都开展了各种形式的交流与合作。2014年，中国与南非之间的贸易往来达到600亿美元，南非作为中国在非洲最大的贸易伙伴。而南非则连续优尔年稳坐中国最大的贸易伙伴，最大国外市场和最大货物来源的三把交椅。2015年4月10日中国与南非签署了双边货比互换协议，这将使得双边贸易发展更为便利、快捷，有利于双边贸易关系进一步发展。25351
鉴于双边贸易发展的重要意义，本论文旨在探索双边贸易发展现状的基础上，对于双边贸易、双边投资和贸易结构等存在的问题进行深入的解析，采用比较分析等方法对存在的问题进行相关性分析，文章着重对发现的问题给予针对性和建设性的对策建议。旨在分析两国的贸易境况，前景发展中存在的问题。以此来文护双边贸易的稳定快速发展，加快双边贸易一体化进程。

Abstract
China and South Africa as the world's rapid economic development of two emerging economies, with the BRIC countries, an important part of. The two countries have carried out various forms of exchanges and cooperation in the economic, political and cultural aspects.. Because of the unique complementarity in the economic trade, the bilateral trade and the investment in hand are particularly outstanding in recent years.. 2014 China and South Africa bilateral trade volume reached US $60.3 billion, South Africa for the fifth year in a row, become China's largest trading partner in Africa, China for the sixth consecutive year become South Africa's largest trading partner and the largest export market and source of imports. April 10, 2015 China and South Africa signed a bilateral exchange agreement, which will make the development of bilateral trade more convenient, fast, and conducive to the further development of bilateral trade relations.
In view of the important significance in the development of bilateral trade, this paper aims at exploring based on the current situation of the development of bilateral trade and for bilateral trade, bilateral investment and trade structure existing problems of in-depth analysis and correlation analysis of the existing problems with the method of comparative analysis. This article emphatically on the problems found in the given and constructive suggestions. In order to promote the development of bilateral trade balance, the establishment of a harmonious relationship between the trade; deal with South Africa's diplomatic and political relations, promote the development of bilateral trade; strengthen exchanges and cooperation, and promote the development of regional trade integration.
