基于主成分分析的文化产业发展影响因素研究

摘要本文构建了浙江省文化产业发展影响因素评价指标体系，利用1997—2013年的统计数据，运用主成分分析方法实证研究了影响浙江省文化产业发展的生产要素、市场需求、关联产业和财政支持因素。在当今社会，对于浙江省调整产业结构，逐渐转变生产方式而言，文化产业的发展起到了举足轻重的作用。研究结果表明，生产要素、市场及政府要素和关联产业媒体要素是我省文化产业发展的主要影响因素。因此，提升我省文化产业发展水平也应该从这几方面入手，包括注重文化基础设施建设；建立文化产业人才培养机制；大力发展关联产业，延长文化产业链等。71058

Abstract This paper constructs index system of influencing factors about the development of cultural industry, according to the statistical data of 1997 to 2013, using principal component analysis to study the influencing factors about the development of cultural industry in Zhejiang Province, including production, market demand, factors associated with industry and financial support. Nowadays, the development of cultural industry has played a pivotal role in promoting industrial structure adjustment and changing the mode of production. Research results have shown that the factors of production, market demand, financial support and related industries are the main factors about development of cultural industry in Zhejiang Province. Therefore, we should enhance the level of development of cultural industry from several aspects, including focusing on the creation of cultural infrastructure, establishing cultural industry training system of talented person, developing related industries, extending the cultural industry chain.

1. 引言

在2015年“十三五”规划工作座谈会上，文化部明确了“十三五”期间我国文化改革发展的总体思路，提出要以文化产业转型升级为突破口，推动文化产业成为国民经济支柱性产业。近年来，我国的文化产业取得了长足的发展。根据2015年国家统计局公布的相关数据，2014年我国文化产业增加值达23940亿元，占GDP比重为3.76%。核算数据表明，文化产业在调整产业结构、促进经济转型升级中发挥了积极的作用。作为经济和文化大省，浙江文化产业的发展一直走在全国前列，2013年浙江省文化产业增加值达到1880.4亿元，占全省生产总值比重为5%，已经成为国民经济支柱性产业（按照国际通行做法，对于“国民经济支柱性产业”的一个最基本的判断，是该产业创造的增加值占同期GDP比重达到5％以上），但对比文化产业发展较快的省市（如北京、上海、天津、广东等省市），浙江省的文化产业竞争力还有待进一步提高。对于浙江省调整产业结构，逐渐转变生产方式而言，文化产业的发展起到了举足轻重的作用。因此，进一步研究在新时期影响文化产业发展的要素，制定合理的文化产业发展政策显得尤为重要。论文网　基于主成分分析的文化产业发展影响因素研究:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_80612.html
