统计套利价差风险规避研究以焦煤期货与螺纹钢期货为例

摘要：随着供给侧改革的深入推进，大宗商品中焦煤焦炭螺纹钢等品种的价格经历了一系列巨大涨幅，其上下游产业品种间的价格同向波动现象可能存在比较多的统计套利机会。基于焦煤期货与螺纹钢期货的历史日收盘价建立统计套利模型，运用协整理论建立模型获得残差，利用GARCH模型建立残差波动率，最后建立基于残差与波动率的regARMA模型来预测残差。实证结果表明该策略能够很好规避残差的进一步偏离合理区间的风险。89519

Abstract:With the thorough forwarding of the Supply-Side Reformation, the prices of commodities like coking coal, coke, rolling thread steel have gone through a series of big increases, the same trend volatility of the prices of their upstream and downstream industry production may bring several statistical arbitrage opportunities。 The strategy of building the statistical arbitrage model based on the historic daily closing prices of coking coal futures and rolling thread steel futures, generating the residual with co-integration theory, then carrying out the residual volatility ratio with GARCH model, ultimately come to the conclusion to regARMA model with has the ability to anticipate residuals based on historic residuals and its volatility ratio could be taken well use of preventing the risk of a residual which is far deviated from reasonable interval。

一、引言
