盱眙节庆经济的问题及发展对策研究

摘要：节庆活动近年来越来越火热，推动节庆经济改革对经济发展有着重要意义，本论文将分析节庆经济的起源，江苏盱眙县节庆经济（以盱眙龙虾节为例）的起源及现状，找出这十几年来，盱眙节庆经济发展中，盱眙县本身的优势及存在的问题，如办节过程中融资难、龙虾数量供不应求、同类节庆所带来的威胁等问题。本论文通过问题的形成原因，从而提出相应解决措施，如创新节庆思路,提高竞争能力，增加龙虾供给数量、培养专业人才、提高人才素质等措施为龙虾节发展出谋划策。93042

1 前言

中国自古以来都地大物博，各地都具有自己的特色的文化与传统，特别是美食文化，更是深受当地居民的喜爱。改革开放以来，随着社会进程不断推进，人民生活水平的不断提高，我国各地特色美食文化也得到了更好地发展，各种以美食为主题的地方性节庆层出不穷，这些各类美食节不仅发展了当地的美食文化，也诞生出了节庆经济这一新的经济模式。
