摘 要：发展低碳经济是我国应对环境污染与资源短缺的重要途径，然而低碳经济的发展 亟需强有力金融支持，因此，探究公共金融支持低碳经济的现状具有重要意义。本文 首先对低碳经济和公共金融的内涵进行阐述；其次，对我国低碳经济的公共金融支持 现状进行分析；再次，分析和借鉴国外公共金融支持低碳经济的相关经验，由此来探 讨我国公共金融在支持低碳经济发展中存在的问题；最后，在前文分析的基础上，重 点从政府引导、企业配合等角度探讨我国公共金融支持低碳经济发展的有效策略。

Research on Public Finance Support of Low Carbon Economy

ABSTRACT The development of low-carbon economy is an important way to deal with environmental pollution and resource shortages. However, the development of low-carbon economy needs strong financial support. Therefore, it is great significance to explore public finance to support the status of low-carbon economy. This paper first elaborates the connotation of the low-carbon economy and the public finance. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of the public financial support of the low-carbon economy in China. Thirdly, it analyzes and draws lessons from foreign public finance. This paper discusses the problems existing in the development of public finance in support of the development of low-carbon economy. Finally, on the basis of the previous analysis, this paper focuses on the effective strategies of public finance to support the development of low carbon economy from the angle of government guidance and enterprise cooperation.
