淮安市农村电商扶贫对策研究

摘要：农村电商扶贫，即农村电子商务扶贫开发，就是将互联网时代日益主流化的电子商务纳入农村扶贫开发工作体系，借助农村电子商务平台，作用于帮扶对象，创新农村扶贫开发方式，改进农村扶贫开发绩效的理念与实践。本论文通过对淮安市贫困地区的扶贫开发工作开展以来获得的成效进行了研究，根据电商扶贫工作进程中存在的基础设施建设不完善而提出完善基础设施建设，根据电商扶贫存在的缺少人才和缺少村级电商扶贫服务站而提出加强电商人才的培养和加快村级电商扶贫服务站的建设，并且要提高党委政府和贫困人口对电商扶贫的认识，这样才能够有效的构建农村电商扶贫体系。93639

Abstract: The rural poverty alleviation of rural e-commerce business, poverty alleviation and development, is the Internet era of e-commerce has become increasingly mainstream in rural poverty alleviation and development system, with the help of the rural e-commerce platform for helping object, innovative way of poverty alleviation and development in rural areas, the idea and practice of improving the rural poverty alleviation and development performance。 This paper through the work of poverty alleviation and development in poor areas of Huaian city to carry out the effect of the research, according to the infrastructure construction of electricity supplier in the process of poverty alleviation work is not perfect and put forward to improve the construction of infrastructure, poverty alleviation and lack of talents according to the electricity supplier and the lack of village poverty alleviation service station and put forward to strengthen business training talents and accelerate the construction of village level poverty alleviation service station and the electricity supplier, in order to improve the understanding of the party and government business poverty alleviation poverty, so as to effectively construct the rural poverty alleviation business system。
