摘要：互联网金融作为一种新兴产业，在近年内发展迅速。但是，随着众多互联网 金融平台的出现，各种问题也随之而来。本文首先介绍了互联网金融与发展过程 的基本概念，以及对互联网金融模式现状的分析。其次分别从基本概念、运作模 式、案例分析三方面对互联网金融六大模式进行详细分析，旨在更好地理解互联 网金融平台运行模式。然后分析了互联网金融的现有问题，最终提出应对现有问 题的针对性对策如加强机构建设、完善法律法规等，以进一步为广大企业和用户 提供更加方便、高效、智能化的金融服务。

Research on the Operation Mode and Development Strategy of Internet Finance

Abstract：Internet finance as a new industry has a rapid development in recent years. However, with the emergence of many Internet financial platforms, various problems also follow. This paper first introduces the basic concept of Internet finance and development process, and analyzes the current situation of Internet financial model. Secondly, it analyzes the six modes of Internet finance from three aspects: basic concept, operation mode and case analysis, it aimed to understand the operation mode of Internet financial platform. then analyzing the existing problems of Internet finance, and finally put forward the countermeasures to deal with the existing problems such as strengthening the construction of institutions, perfecting laws and regulations, so as to further provide enterprises and users with more convenient, Intelligent financial services.
