股权众筹退出机制研究

摘要:股权众筹作为一种新兴的融资方式，在很大程度上解决了小微初创企业融资难的问题，近些年来在我国发展迅速。但是在股权众筹的发展过程中却也问题迭出，其中最为严峻的就是投资者退出机制的缺失问题。首先，本文通过分析国内外股权众筹的发展现状，指出我国退出机制的问题和重要性；其次，在此基础上着重分析国外股权众筹退出的相关案例；最后，本文提出相应的对策和建议，如完善股权众筹相关法律法规、促进企业市场化等，以完善我国股权众筹退出机制，促进股权众筹行业的进一步发展。

Research on the Withdrawal Mechanism of Equity Crowdfunding

Abstract:ln recent years, equity crowdfunding as a new way of financing, to a large extent, has been solving the problem of small micro-start business financing, which has led to the rapid development of the equity crowdfunding. However, there are many problems in the development of equity crowdfunding, one of the most serious problems is the lack of investor withdrawal mechanism. Firstly, based on the analysis of the present situation of development of domestic and foreign equity crowdfunding, this paper points out the problems and importance of the withdrawal mechanism in China. Then, on this basis, it analyzes the related cases of foreign withdrawal mechanism of equity crowdfunding, so as to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the withdrawal mechanism of equity crowdfunding and promote the further development of the industry to equity crowdfunding.

近些年来，小微初创企业凭借其顽强的生命力已发展成为我国改革开放道路上的重要推动力量，但是融资问题却仍然是小微初创企业取得进一步发展所面临的一大难题。随着互联网的高速发展，众筹的应运而生在一定程度上化解了小微企业的融资困境，其中股权众筹占有相当重要的作用。股权众筹凭借自身就具有的良好的发展前景和深远的发展意义，以及在为小微初创企业融资中所表现出的各种显著优势，近年来得到迅速发展。尽管如此，股权众筹在实践中却仍然存在着许多问题，其中股权众筹退出机制缺失的问题是制约其进一步发展最突出的瓶颈，因此，需要考虑如何进一步完善股权众筹的退出方式，以促进股权众筹行业良性发展。股权众筹退出机制研究:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_204261.html
