摘要中国和越南的两国家在地理位置上有处于的山水相依，在中越两国之间的的发展贸易中，很早以前就形成了文化交流、在建立外交与经济贸易往来的客观事实，在中越的贸易中也有密切的往来的重要组成部分就是农产品的贸易。随着经济的不断发展，中越两国农产品贸易的迅速上升，贸易额不断发展，增长率持续增长，中越两国的农产品贸易还具有较大的发展空间。而且越南还是在东盟自由贸易区的组成成员之一，这也是中国与东盟自由贸易市场纽带的。中越量国家的的农产品贸易发展同时还可以促进中国与东盟贸易的发展。
本文研究主要分为5部分；第一部分主要研究的是中越农产品贸易发展背景论文主要的内容和相关文献综述进行阐述；第二部分，主要的是了解中越农产品贸易理论基础进行阐述；第三部分主要的是对中越农产品贸易发展现状进行了简单的分析和介绍了解；第四部分，主要的是针对中越农产品贸易中还有存在的问题进行了阐述分析；第五部分，主要的是针对第四部分中的问题提出了针对性的改善建议。28239

Abstract
China and Vietnam in the geographical location in the mountains and rivers, in the development of both countries, the formation of the objective facts of cultural exchanges, the establishment of diplomatic, economic and trade exchanges between China and Vietnam in the early, the trade is an important part of the agricultural product trade. With the development of economy, China and Vietnam agricultural product trade development, trade volume has continued to rise, the growth rate of sustained growth, the trade of agricultural products also have a larger space for development. Vietnam is one of the members of ASEAN free trade, free trade market in China and ASEAN ties. Development of bilateral agricultural products trade can also promote the development of China and ASEAN.
This paper mainly pided into 5 parts: the first part is mainly on the research and development of the trade of agricultural products, the significance of the research background, purpose and related research at home and abroad; the second part, mainly introduces the theoretical basis of the agricultural product trade; the third part is mainly introduced the development status of agricultural products trade between China and Vietnam; the fourth part, mainly is the existence of the trade of agricultural products in question has carried on the analysis; the fifth part, is mainly aimed at the problems in the fourth part put forward some improvement suggestions.
