摘  要: 近年来，以工业为主的江阴市乡镇企业发展迅速，已成为农村经济的主体力量，占据了该市国民经济的主导地位，成为当地的特色经济。本文通过分析江阴市乡镇企业目前发展的现状，找出了乡镇企业产业发展中在产业规模、产业区域分布、工业结构等方面存在的问题，通过分析研究，并结合江阴市地方特点提出了借助自身优势发展产业、实现产业区域合理布局、积极推进产业优化升级等针对性措施，以期望为江阴市乡镇企业的产业可持续发展提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract:In recent years, mainly industrial Jiangyin of township enterprises has developed rapidly, has become the main force of the rural economy, occupies the dominant position of the national economy in the city, the characteristic of the local economy. In this article, through analysis of iangyin city present situation of the development of township enterprises,find out the industry development of township enterprises in the industrial scale, the regional distribution of industry, the problems existing in the industrial structure, through the analysis and research, and combined with jiangyin local characteristics put forward the development industry, with the help of their own advantages, a reasonable layout, industrial area targeted measures such as promoting industrial upgrading, in the hope of jiangyin industry provide certain reference for sustainable development of township enterprises.

1  引言

    十一届三中全会以后，乡镇企业开始了巨大的变革。在改革开放中，乡镇企业产业发展惊人。江阴市是中国乡镇企业的发源地之一，江阴市乡镇企业出现于60年代初，各行业的生产合作社合变为公社集体所有，建立了机械零件、钢管板材、五金工贸等一批企业,从而构成了乡镇企业产业的雏形。改革开放三十多年来，江阴市乡镇企业发展迅速。乡镇企业已成为江阴市中小企业的主体，同时发展了农村生产力，促进了农村经济的发展，对整个江阴市的社会生产力和国民经济起到促进作用。从二十世纪90 年代初期，江阴市开始因势利导，注重培植企业集团和规模经济的发展，从而形成了一大批高科技、高盈利、高效率的乡镇企业，在江阴的开发建设中发挥越来越大的作用。1994年，江阴市委袁静波提出了资产重组、资本经营的发展思路，旨在鼓励企业加强知名度，灵活使用资本经营，实现企业裂变式发展，打造出一批“大而强”的企业集团产业，最终推动江阴市经济的发展。 江阴乡镇企业的产业发展战略研究:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_57792.html
