摘要：随着我国高校的不断扩招，导致我国的劳动力市场日趋失衡。所以，在现在这个经济迅猛发展以及提倡创新的时代，很多大学生都选择给自己打工，做自己的主人，大学生创业已成为大学生就业的主要选择，逐渐成为解决就业难的最佳途径之一，而这条路面临的挑战也特别多。特别是涉及创业融资这一块无疑是阻碍大学生创业成功的一大拦路虎。由于我国目前融资模式还不健全，许多大学生的创业梦因此而搁浅。因此，大学生创业者如何选择正确的融资模式就成了一个崭新的、意义重大的研究课题。本文就大学生创业融资这一大难题，分别从融资内涵、融资模式的选择、融资对策等方面进行研究，通过对融资这一经济术语的概念理解，对几种融资模式的优缺点进行比对分析，找到每个融资模式所适合的公司现状，并通过问卷调查的数据以及大学生创业的成功案例进行比较分析，最后在融资可能存在的问题上提出相应的对策。38741

A research of countermeasuresandfinancing model choice for college students’ start-up
Abstract: With the enrollment expansion of universities,country's labor market has become increasingly unbalanced. So, in thisrapid economic development and promote innovation, many college students choose to work for themselves,start-up has become the main choice of college students and one of the best way to solve the difficult employment. Due to current financing model is not perfect in China, many college students entrepreneurial dream run aground on. Therefore, college students how to choose the right financing mode has become a new and significant research subject. In this paper, the college students' startup financing isa big problem, respectively from the connotation of the financing, the choice of financing mode, financing strategy, etc, to comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of financing mode, find each financing model suitable for the company the status quo, and through the questionnaire survey data and analyses the college students' entrepreneurial success finally on the financing problems may put forward the corresponding countermeasures.

（一）研究背景
据教育部统计，2014年，全国高校毕业生的数量达到727万，又增加了28万，可谓更难就业年。这也是因为随着我国高校的不断扩招，在校人数和毕业生人数未来仍将迅猛增长中，从而导致劳动力市场的严重失衡。就业难？那何不自己创业，自己给自己打工呢？当前，大学生创业已逐渐成为解决大学生就业的最佳途径之一。大学生创业可以充分引导学生发挥自己的才能，减轻就业负担并且可以感受到自我实现的价值。但是仔细一想，资金这一巨大的问题也是横在大学生们创业途中的一座大山，资金是企业经济活动的第一推动力，企业能否获得稳定的资金来源、即使足额筹集到生产要素组合所需要的资金，对经营和发展都是至关重要的。但是大学生创业中遇到的最大障碍便是融资。通过问卷调查发现，92.31%的受访者在创业初期选择向父母亲戚融资，而这其实也只适合相对富裕的家庭，所以融资难仍是大学生创业的主要制约因素。 大学生创业的融资渠道选择与对策研究:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_37790.html
