摘要电子商务物流中“最后一公里”作为唯一直接与最终用户接触的阶段，存在配送成本高、服务质量低等问题，是影响电子商务发展的一个重要因素。在国家快递服务“十二五”规划的背景下，应中国快递行业信息化发展的要求，着眼于快递不快、快件爆仓、快递企业成本过高等问题，众包应运而生，众包配送最主要的特点就是效率高。因此，众包配送的模式正在逐渐成为越来越多的物流体系所考虑的配送模式，而在方兴未艾的O2O行业中，这一配送模式也将得到更广泛的应用。本文通过对国内外末端物流模式的分析，在京东众包和菜鸟裹裹两个案例分析的基础上对众包模式进行进一步的探索，为解决最后一公里问题提供建议。72128
Abstract：E-commerce logistics, "the last mile" as the only direct contact with the end user stage, there is a high distribution costs, low quality of service issues,is an important factor affecting the development of electronic commerce。 Under the background of national express service "1025" planning, the development of China's express industry information, focusing on the slow speed, warehouse explosion,cost too high, crowd sourcing arises at the historic moment, crowd sourcing distribution is the main feature of high efficiency。 Therefore,more and more logistics system is gradually to consider the mode of distribution, and the O2O industry in the ascendant, this distribution model will also be more widely used。In this article, analyzing the development of domestic and international terminal logistics mode,and studying based on JD crowd sourcing and GuoGuo this two cases researching the crowd sourcing model for further exploration, in order to solve the last mile problem。
