分业经营体制下的银保合作研究

从转变合作形式、提升产品质量、转变销售思路、明确市场定位、提高销售团队素质和金融体制改革等角度给出了未来我国银行保险合作发展的一些建议

摘要:银保合作经过三十几年的飞速扩展,业已变成当前保险公司不可或缺的展业渠道之一。在发展的过程中,我国银行保险业务在产品、销售和合作关系等方面呈现了不同程度的不足。因而自2011年起,保监会和银监会陆续签发了一系列文件规定,旨在规范和引导我国银行保险市场健康发展,虽然在短期内抑制了银保业务的扩张,但是有利于银保合作的长期发展。本文从转变合作形式、提升产品质量、转变销售思路、明确市场定位、提高销售团队素质和金融体制改革等角度给出了未来我国银行保险合作发展的一些建议;批判性地提出了我国未来金融业发展应该以混业经营为导向,深化战略联盟合作,尤其是股权战略联盟合作,建立长效利益分享共赢机制,鼓励保险公司和商业银行以金融控股集团为导向转型升级。30963

Bancassurance cooperation research under functional separation
Abstract: After three decades of rapid expansion, bancassurance has become one of the vital sales methods for insurance companies. In the process of development, domestic bancassurance showed several deficiencies in terms of insurance products, sales and cooperative relationships. Thus,China Insurance Regulatory Commission and China Banking Regulatory Commission have issued a series of documents which targeted at regulating and guiding the healthy development of the bancassurance markets, although imposing restrictions on bancassurance expansion in the short term, which make it possible to promote the long-term development of bancassurance definitely. This essay illustrates a few advice of future cooperation and development of banking and insurance in some respects from changing forms of cooperation, improving products' quality, changing sales strategies, ensuring marketing position to optimizing the quality of the sales team and the financial system reform. What is more, it is also pointed out that domestic finance industry development ought to turn to mixed orientation, deepen strategic alliance cooperation(especially equity strategic cooperation)as well as establish long-term win-win benefit-sharing mechanisms. There is no denying that local authorities should encourage insurance companies and commercial banks focus on the financial holding group oriented reform.
