摘要：企业连锁经营的商业模式最早出现在美国，美国的经济发展一直处于世界前列，随其迅速的发展壮大，连锁经营模式应运而生。近年我国连锁经营企业也在不断地发展壮大，连锁经营企业的存在也逐渐成为了我国经济发展的主要支柱。连锁经营降低了总的经营成本，同时也形成了品牌效应，为我国连锁经营企业发展奠定了基础。近几年我国连锁经营企业发展也遇到了“瓶颈”，物流配送成为了制约其发展的因素，主要是因为其配送管理水平低下，从而导致了一系列的问题，本文首先阐述我国连锁经营企业的发展及配送情况，并在具体分析物流配送问题的基础上，一方面分析了国内连锁经营企业的物流配送实情，另一方面结合国外先进理论及实践经验，提出了一些改良建议。76252

Chain Business Enterprise Logistics Research in China
Abstract：Business chain business model first appeared in the United States, the US economy has been in the forefront of the world, with its rapid development and growth, the business model came into being。 In recent years, China's chain enterprises also continue to grow and develop, the presence of chain enterprises have gradually become the main pillar of economic development。 Chain management reduces the overall operating costs, but also the formation of a brand, laid the foundation for the development of our business chain。 In recent years, Chinese enterprises development of chain operation has encountered a "bottleneck", logistics has become a factor restricting its development, mainly because of its low level of distribution management, leading to a series of problems, this paper describes our chain operator development and distribution situation and on the basis of a detailed analysis of logistics and distribution problems on the one hand, the analysis of the domestic chain enterprise logistics distribution truth, on the other hand combined with advanced theory and practical experience, put forward some suggestions for improvement。
