摘要：随着电子信息技术和全球经济的的不断发展，许多传统的行业失去了发展潜力，取而代之的是一些新兴的产业，这些产业具有旺盛的发展潜力，比如说跨境电商。跨境电子商务在国际贸易中的地位和作用日益凸显，也已经成为对外贸易产业中的一匹“黑马”。尤其在我国，零售类的电商更是发展迅速。因此，本文在论述零售类跨境电商发展的基础上，对零售类跨境电商的经营模式展开了较为详细的分析。通过分析其优尔种模式，发现在现今跨境电商发展的道路上仍存在许多问题。并针对这些问题提出合理可行的建议，以期我国跨境电子商务产业高速发展。36091

Research on the business model of domestic retail cross-border electricity suppliers
Abstract：With the development of electronic information technology and the global economy, many traditional industries lost development potential, replaced some of the emerging industries that have strong growth potential, for example, cross-border e-commerce. The status and role of cross-border e-commerce in international trade has become increasingly prominent, and has become a “dark horse” in foreign trade industry. Especially in China, the retail electricity supplier is developing rapidly. Therefore, on the basis of discussing the development of retail cross-border electricity suppliers, this paper analyzes the business model of cross-border electricity suppliers in detail.Through analysis of its six models, found that there are still many problems in the development of cross-border electricity suppliers today. And for these questions put forward reasonable and feasible suggestions, in order to China's cross-border e-commerce industry rapid development.

（一） 论文研究意义
跨境电商贸易不仅具备电子商务的压缩中间环节、化解产能过剩、为中小企业提供发展机遇、增加就业等传统优势，还具有重塑国际产业链、促进外贸方式转变，增强国际间的竞争力等作用。与传统外贸相比较，跨境电子商务的优势明显。
日前,哈尔滨正式获得海关总署批复,成为中国又一个跨境贸易电子商务试点城市.此前,,中国已有12个城市获得了同样的殊荣,这些城市分别为:上海、重庆、杭州、宁波、郑州、深圳、苏州、青岛、长沙、平潭、银川、牡丹江. 在现今传统外贸增速放缓的情况下,跨境电子商务在近年来却增长迅猛.据国家商务部发布的统计数据,中国跨境电商交易规模从2009年的0.9万亿元人民币上升到2013年的3.1万亿元人民币,占进出口总值的比重由9.3％上升至31.3％,年均增速接近四成. 并且，由于国家出台大量扶持政策,一大批跨境电商试点城市获批,吸引了众多企业介入该领域,让跨境电商迈入快速发展轨道。 对国内零售类跨境电商经营模式的研究:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_34419.html
