摘要:家族企业是一种较为古老同时又最为普遍的企业组织形式,在国内外都具有极其强大的生命力。我国的民营企业或多或少都带有家族的色彩和烙印,而同时,民营企业在我国的社会经济中有着举足轻重的地位,因此,我国家族企业的发展关系着我国社会经济将来的走向。31714
一个企业要从小做大、由弱变强,光靠一代人的经营是不够的,它需要几代企业主不断开拓奋斗才有可能使企业具有强大持久的竞争力,因此,代际传承的成功与否不仅是影响企业生存与否的关键因素,同时也会对其长期发展造成决定性的影响。
我国家族企业近年来进入了代际交接的高峰期,随着第一代企业的开创者中老年时期的到来,企业掌门人不得不考虑到企业的延续和交接班问题。但由于我国独有的“家”文化、独生子女问题、外部职业经理人市场发育的不完善以及代际传承方面经验的匮乏等原因,我国家族企业在面对代际传承问题上遇到了很多的阻碍和困难。
我国家族企业现阶段如何顺利进行代际交接,将权力成功过继给下一代成为了我国目前迫切需要解决的问题。

Study on the inheritance of family firm in China
Abstract: The family firm is an ancient form of business organization,that which has extremely strong vitality at home and abroad.The private enterprise of our country all has the color of family,at the same time,the private enterprise has the important status in our country's social economy,therefore,our country Family firm's development will be relating our country social economy'trend in the future.
If an enterprise want to be bigger and stronger,it can not rely on a generation of business,it needs several generation of people to strive for success unceasingly    .So the generation ofborder inheritance success or not is not only the key aspect of affecting the enterprise survival or not ,but also have the decisive to its long-term development influence.
In recent years our country Family firm entered the generation of border connection peak,with the arrival of the first generation of the pioneer companies in middle-aged period,firm’s boss have to consider of the firm's continues and succession.But because of Chinese unique culture of "family",one-child issues,the imperfection of external professional manager market development and lack of inherited experience,a lot of obstacles and difficulties of family firm in China in the face of succession issues.
The urgent need to address in China is that Chinese family firm how to smooth inter-generational transfer.
