摘要：从古至今，文化贯穿了整个人类历史的发展，是一个民族乃至一个地区影响力、创造力和生命力的体现，也逐渐发展成为一个评价国家和地区竞争力的重要的组成部分。上海市一直以来都是中国经济发展最有活力的地区之一，而且经济转型也始终引领全国其他地区。这些年随着我们国家经济发展的大趋势的不断变化，文化产业这个领域的发展受到越来越多人们的重视，上海作为一个兼具悠久历史和国际前沿的大都市，自身有很好的文化发展基础，而上海地区的文化产业的发展情况对其区域的就业有相当重要的促进作用，这也无疑是值得大家关注的。34057
本文以上海市文化产业领域的历史和现状为出发点对其进行了深入的分析研究，将这个领域内发展现状存在的一系列问题一一指出，并比较近邻韩国的相关产业发展给我们的启示，从动漫游戏业、电影业、电视业、新闻广播业和文化休闲服务业等方面的发展情况进行分析，意识到了培育全民文化产业意识的重要性，并对如何提升上海的文化产业总量，怎样着力打造上海文化产业品牌并促进就业的提出了自己的对策建议。

Shanghai Cultural Industry Development and Employment Promotion Research
Abstract：The power of culture, reflects a national and regional creativity, vitality and influence, and it has increasingly become an important part of a national and regional competitiveness. Shanghai has always been one of the most dynamic areas of China's economic development, and economic restructuring has always lead the rest of our country. In recent years, with the changing trend of China's economic development, cultural industries attract more and more attention. Shanghai regards both as a long history of Shanghai and the international frontier metropolis, there is a good basis for their cultural development. And the development of the cultural industries of Shanghai are undoubtedly essential to promote their area of employment.
This dissertation analysis the cultural industry development status of Shanghai, and point out some problems in the development of cultural industries, then compared with South Korea’s inspiration of cultural development were analyzed in terms of the development of animation and game industry, the film industry, radio and television industry, culture and leisure services, proposed the cultivation of national culture industry awareness,and enhance the total cultural industries, and strive to build Shanghai cultural industry brand and promote suggestions to employment.
