我国对外贸易存在的问题及对策

摘要：自1978年改革开放以来，我国不断扩大对外开放程度，积极同世界各国开展国际贸易，我国对外贸易取得良好成效，使我国成为世界贸易大国。随着对外贸易的不断发展，我国对外贸易规模不断扩大，质量不断提升，但还存在服务贸易发展滞后，金融危机导致外部需求减少，贸易摩擦损害产业利益，技术壁垒降低产品国际竞争力等问题。为了促进对外贸易的发展，我国要优化产业结构，扩大出口市场同时促进产品转内销，加完善国际协调机制，实施科教兴贸提高产品竞争力来应对我国对外贸易中存在的问题，促进我国对外贸易又好又快发展。40443

China's Foreign Trade Problems and Countermeasures
     Abstract: Since the 1978 years since the reform and open, China's expanding opening to the outside world, with all countries in the world actively carry out international trade，enable our country foreign trade to achieve good results，make our country a world trade power .With the continuous development of foreign trade, China's foreign trade scale expands unceasingly, the quality improved, but there is service trade development lags behind, the financial crisis led to reduced external demand, trade friction damage the interests of industry, technical barriers to reduce the product international competitiveness, etc. In order to promote the development of foreign trade, to optimize the industrial structure in our country, to pert to expand export markets and promote products, and improve the international coordination mechanism, implementation of rejuvenating trade through science and education to improve product competitive power to cope with the problems that exist in the foreign trade in our country, to promote sound and fast development of foreign trade in our country.

我国对外贸易存在的问题及对策    前言
对外贸易是指一个国家或地区与另一个国家或地区之间的商品，劳务以及技术的跨境交换活动，故又称为“国外贸易”，亦或是“进出口贸易”，简称为“外贸”。对外贸易的产生和发展历史悠久，到了后期的资本主义社会更加有利于它的进展，这期间外贸的职能是由所属的社会性质来定义的。
