摘要：风险投资又称风险资本或者创业投资，风险投资作为高新技术产业的催化剂，将其资本投入风险投资企业，以期通过股权转让获得中长期的投资收益。而伴随着市场经济的发展与繁荣以及高新技术产业的蓬勃壮大，发展风险投资已然适应国际科技发展大趋势，同时风险投资高收益的特征也使得它受到了越来越多人的重视。我国的风险投资在近些年来已初具规模，但是和国外相比还存在诸多问题，如风险资金来源单一、风险退出机制不完善、风险投资专业人才的欠缺、法律法规建设滞后问题等。这些问题的存在阻碍了我国风险投资发展，特别是不利于高新技术产业进一步发展。本文通过对我国风险投资的发展现状以及其所存在问题的研究，借鉴国外发达国家的经验，提出完善我国风险投资的措施，使得风险投资更加规范合理有效。34591

 Situation of Risk Investment Development, Problems and Countermeasures
Abstract: Risk investment is also called venture capital or venture capital, venture capital investment as a catalyst for the high-tech industry, the capital investment risk investment enterprises, in order to obtain the transfer of long-term investment returns through equity. With the development and prosperity of market economy and high-tech industries flourish and grow, the development of venture capital has to adapt to the trend of the development of international science and technology, and characteristics of risk investment in high yield also makes it the more people's attention. The risk of investment in China in recent years has begun to take shape, but compared with foreign countries there are still many problems, such as  the risk of a single source of funds, the risk of withdrawal of risk investment, the lack of professional talents, the construction of laws and regulations lag and so on.These problems hinder the role of venture capital in China, especially is not conducive to the further development of high tech industry. Hope that through the development of venture investment in our country as well as the problems of the study, draw lessons from domestic and international experience, put forward to perfecting our risk investment measures, make the risk investment is more reasonable and effective.
