Analysis of the aviation logistics business strategies and the prospect of Air China
Abstract:
With the rapid economic development of China, the Chinese aviation logistics industry has entered a rapid development era. At present, foreign air logistics companies are entering China, which makes the logistics industry of China facing fierce competition. The aviation logistics industry of Air China in China should face many foreign competitors. How to develop it in the future becomes an important research subject. Air China should grasp the future development direction of China's air logistics industry accurately.They should not only figure out how to avoid their lack of strategies, but also develop in line with market development and customers’ demand of Air China's aviation logistics business development strategies. And above all, they must understand and master the development history, the present situation and the development trend of China and the global aviation logistics industry. Therefore, the first part of this paper describes the research purposes, significance and status of China aviation logistics industry.
