试析建立中韩自贸区的影响及我国的对策

摘要为了消除经济危机的影响，自2008年以来欧美等大的经济体都积极采取各项措施，寻求相互间的区域性合作来发展经济，我国也在积极开展与韩国的自贸区建设。自中韩自贸区协定签订后，双方都在努力推进后续的实践合作。本文首先就中韩自贸区的设立对我国带来的积极影响与挑战，展开讨论和分析，其次对双方的合作发展提出了新的展望，并为我国的文化、科技等弱势产业提出保护措施。最后，根据我国“十三五”规划提出的各项发展计划，对中韩自贸区日后的发展从中方角度提出了若干建议。47552

Title Analysis of the Impact of the Establishment of the FTA between China and South Korea and Countermeasures of Our Country

Abstract

In order to eliminate the impact of the economic crisis, Europe, the United States and other major economic entities have actively taken various measures to seek mutual cooperation to develop their economies. China has also developed the construction of the FTA with South Korea. After signing the China and South Korea FTA agreement, both sides are in efforts to promote the follow-up practical cooperation. First，the article carries out discussions and analyses on the positive impact and challenges for China with the establishment of China and South Korea FTA. Then, new outlooks are put forward for the development of bilateral cooperation and protection measures are raised for our country's culture, science, technology and other vulnerable enterprises. At last, according to Chinese ‘13th Five-Year’ plan, some suggestions are put forward on the future development of the FTA from the Chinese side.
