摘要：自从人类社会进入新的21世纪，汽车行业对世界经济的发展做出了不可磨灭的贡献，它现已成为各个国家的一个龙头产业。近年来，我国汽车出口不断产生众多纠纷，这些纠纷让我们深刻的意识到，外国对我国汽车行业出口逐渐形成了与新标准与知识产权相结合的技术性贸易壁垒。发达国家实行了一系列的知识产权壁垒措施，成为我国汽车出口的一个巨大障碍。本文从正反两个方面，阐述国外实行的一连串知识产权保护措施对我国汽车出口的影响，从而使我国汽车出口企业能及时发现不足，制定应对知识产权贸易壁垒的方案，从而解决此类的问题。本文创新之处在于主要从知识产权的角度剖析，并从消极和积极两方面探究中国汽车出口的影响，另外深刻探究了其存在影响的原因，从韩国汽车出口发展历程中汲取其成功经验，最后做出合理建议。81023
