摘 要：近年来，我国对文化产业实行了改革，在改革的过程中，动漫产业起到了很重要的推动作用。我国在发展动漫产业的过程中，不断的吸收国外动漫产业发展的经验，并进行文化交流，渐渐地，中国动漫与世界动漫之间建立起密切的联系，这也说明，我国的动漫产业对外开放程度不断地提升。与国外的动漫产业相比，我国的动漫产业还处于起步的阶段，发展尚不成熟，为了更好的促进本国动漫产业的发展，本文在分析国外动漫的发展与投资的基础上，提出了具体的发展我国动漫产业的政策建议，以便于促进我国动漫产业的繁荣发展。36943

Abstract：In recent years, our country to carry on the reform of cultural industry, in the process of reform, the animation industry has played a very important role. 前言
纵观世界上的各个国家，可以发现文化产业发达的国家，动漫产业也会比较发达，随着动漫产业的发展，其所具备的市场价值不断地提升，已经被认作是最具发展潜力的朝阳产业。在美国近些年的发展当中，动漫产业所创造的价值已经超过了好莱坞电影业创造的市场价值；在日本，动漫产品的出口值占据着总出口值比重的大部分，由此也可以得出，在一些发达国家中，动漫产业已经发展的比较成熟。与美国和日本相比，我国的动漫产业还处于发展的初级阶段，水平还比较差，而且市场缺口也比较大，因此，从这个角度来看，本文的研究具有十分重要的现实意义。
