摘要：改革开放以来，江苏省经济发展取得了举世瞩目的成就，但经济发展与居民收入之间的不协调使得江苏省居民并未能够充分享受到经济高速发展所带来的好处，尤其是在江苏省不断推进城镇化的今天，城镇居民收入水平对于全省经济发展的影响越发重要，因此如何保证城镇居民收入水平在经济高速增长的的条件下获得应有提升是江苏省当前需要亟待解决的一大难题。40005
本文以江苏省城镇居民收入问题为主线，以1996-2013年江苏省统计局和国家统计局发布的数据为基础，系统的分析了江苏目前城镇居民收入的现状，并从宏观经济、微观经济和现行制度三个角度考察了影响江苏省城镇居民收入的因素，并得出如下结论：
首先，我省城镇居民收入增幅与地区经济发展水平并不协调，存在诸如城镇居民收入增长长期低于GDP增幅、劳动者报酬占地区生产总值比重较低、城镇居民收入结构中缺乏收入增长亮点等问题。
其次，本文建立宏观经济影响因素指标体系后，并对有关数据进行多元线性回归，发现人均GDP、农村居民收入、城镇化程度、开放程度、城乡收入差距对于江苏省城镇居民收入具有显著影响。
最后本文还从微观经济因素和制度因素的角度考察了江苏省城镇居民影响因素，发现鼓励企业创新、提高企业效率、完善分配制度、促进金融市场发展等对于城镇居民收入水平的提高均具有很强的促进作用。在此基础上文章从宏观政策、微观政策以及制度因素方面提出了一些政策建议。

A Study on Influencing Factors of Resident’s Income in Jiangsu
Abstract: Economic development in Jiangsu Province has made remarkable achievements since the reform and opening up, but the lack of coordination between economic development and income of residents in Jiangsu Province make people do not fully enjoy the benefits brought by the rapid economic development.So how to ensure rapid economic growth coordinate with the improving of the urban residents’income level is a major problem that our province must confer today.
The main line in this paper is the income of urban residents in Jiangsu Province , based on the date released by Statistics Jiangsu Province and the National Bureau of Statistics from 1996 to 2013.This paper analyzes the status of the current income of urban residents in Jiangsu, from three parts including macroeconomic, microeconomic and perspective of the current system , and come into the following conclusions:
First, the income of urban residents in Jiangsu province and the region's economic development is not coordinated.There are many problems such as the income growth is lower than GDP growth, the labor compensation is take little of GDP and the income structure lack highlights and other issues.
Secondly, the per capita GDP, income of rural residents, the degree of urbanization, the openness, the income gap between urban and rural income have a significant impact on urban residents in Jiangsu Province.
Finally, encourage innovation, improve efficiency, and improve the distribution system, promote financial market development can improve the income level of urban residents.In the end, the paper put forward some policy recommendations from macroeconomic factors, microeconomic factors and institutional factors.
