摘要：近十年来，中国的总体经济飞速发展，经济在各个方面均呈现强势上升的态势：人民币汇率稳步升值，国内生产总值（GDP）在一步步提高，外国企业在中国经济市场的投资越来越多。中国的快速发展也引起了很多投资企业的重视，他们持续不断地加大对中国的投资。外国直接投资（FDI）的增加与一国汇率这个国际经济活动综合性价格指标有着密不可分的关系。本文选取了2005年汇改以后到2014年这十年的数据，对中国人民币汇率的变动对FDI流入的影响做了研究分析。叙述了有关FDI和汇率的理论基础，对时间序列数据进行单位根检验、协整检验和格兰杰因果关系检验之后，采用了OLS回归，结果表明在长期过程中，人民币汇率的升值会对FDI流入产生正向影响。43589

Impact Of Changes In The RMB Exchange Rate On Chinese FDI Inflows
Abstract:In the past decades, Chinese economy has developed rapidly as a whole, and in all aspects presented the strong rising trend: the stable increasing of RMB exchange rate,gross domestic product (GDP) gradually increasing, foreign company invest more and more funds on China . Chinese rapid development has caused a lot of emphasis of investment enterprises to continue to increase investment in China, there is a relationship between the increase of foreign direct investment and a country's exchange rate that a comprehensive price index of the international economic activities. The article examines the impact of changes in the exchange rate of the Chinese yuan to the inflow of FDI from 2005 to 2014. To read some literature, I master general understanding of the subject, this article describes the theoretical basis on FDI and exchange rate, after the time series data for the Unit Root Test, Johansen Cointegration Test and Granger Causality Test, I deduct the OLS regression analysis, the results show that in the process of long-term, the RMB exchange rate changes will have positive effect on FDI inflows.
