摘要随着电子商务的发展，人们越来越热衷于网上购物。网上购物不仅为我们带来了物美价廉的商品，也为我们的生活带来了更多的便利。同时，人们生活水平的提高，增强了人们追求高品质生活的欲望。近几年，海淘的兴起，带动了一大群国内民众去国外购买或者代购奢饰品以及生活用品的热潮。这些为跨境电子商务的产生与发展提供了优越的条件。

2014年，天猫国际平台的出现为一大批跨境电商的卖家提供了优质的销售平台。除海外代购外，另外两种进口模式也渐渐被人们所熟知，即直购进口模式与保税进口模式。两种进口模式各有优劣，但都给有需要的人们带去了相应的便利。让国内的民众可以不出国门，也能拥有来自世界各地的商品。本文通过对这两种进口模式的对比，分析它们存在的价值以及未来的发展趋势，给潜在的消费者以及跨境零售商一些启示与建议。44205

 Abstract：With the development of electronic commerce, more and more people are keen on online shopping. Online shopping has brought not only inexpensive goods for human, it also brings moreconvenience to our life. At the same time, with the improvement of people's living standard, people enhance the pursuit of high quality of life of desire. In recent years, the rise of the sea Amoy led a frenzy which a large crowd of people to go abroad to buyor purchase luxury accessories and supplies. These provide favorable conditions for the emergence and development of cross-border e-commerce.

  In 2014, the appearance of Tmall international platform provides the high quality sales platform for a large number of cross-border electricity supplier sellers. In addition to overseas purchasing agents abroad, the other two import mode is gradually known by people, which is the direct purchase of imported models and bonded import mode. Two kinds of imported models have advantages and disadvantages, but there is a need tobring the convenience of the people. The people who have stayed at home, can also enjoy the goods from all over the world. In this paper, through the comparison of the two kinds of imported models, I will analysis of the value of their existence and development trend in the future, then potential consumers and cross-border retailers some enlightenment and suggestions.
