摘要我国是一个农业大国，因此我国的现在的农村金融体系是不是适应我国农村经济发展的需求，直接关系到我国农业的发展。因此，在我国农村金融体系的改革过程中，必须重视和加大农村金融体系对我国农业发展的推动作用。由于农业在国民经济发展中属于比较弱势的产业，政府应该给予适当地支持和引导。纵观美国、日本等国外农村金融体系的成功，政府部门都发挥了不可或缺的重要作用，而我国农村金融由于体系的不完善，其发展受到了很大的阻碍。为了完善我国金融体系，更好的推进社会主义新农村的发展，本文通过各种研究方法，深入的分析美国、日本以及其他国家农村金融体系以及它们的特点，从而提出完善我国的农村金融体系的几点建议。45287

Abstract
China is a large agricultural country hundred-percent, so our present rural financial system. Is it right? Adapt to China's rural economic development needs, is directly related to the development of agriculture in our country. Therefore, in the process of the reform of rural financial system in our country, we must pay great attention to and strengthen the promotion of the role of rural financial system development of agriculture in our country. Because agriculture belongs to the relatively weak in the development of the national economy industry, the government should give appropriate support and guidance. Throughout American, Japan and other foreign rural financial system's success, the government sector has played an important role, while the rural finance of our country because of the imperfect system, its development has been greatly hindered.
