金融支持对江苏省高新技术产业的作用研究

摘要我国经济已步入改革的深水区，科技创新越来越成为经济增长和产业结构升级的主要推动力，代表着未来的发展方向。实践表明，金融与科技的结合是高新技术产业发展的必然要求，高质量的金融支持是提高科技创新能力最基本的保证。47548

江苏省作为科技创新大省，一直将高新技术产业的发展放在突出的位置，但是也存在着R&D经费投入强度不够高、融资结构不尽完善等问题。因此，本文从金融支持对江苏高新技术产业的作用机制出发，结合我省现状进行实证检验。结果表明，金融规模、金融结构和高新技术产业间存在长期均衡的正相关关系，而金融效率并不能有效的促进我省高新技术产业的发展。

最后，根据实证结果和国外的先进经验，为了提高江苏省的综合竞争实力，建议采取以下措施：第一，进一步扩大金融规模、建立多元的投资机制。第二，完善金融结构、加强政府引导。

Title Research on the Effects of Financial Support for New and High-tech Industry in Jiangsu Province

Abstract

China's economy has developed a lot. Science and technology innovation has increasingly become the main driver of economic growth and the upgrading of industrial structure, representing the direction of the future. Practice shows that the combination of finance and technology is the inevitable requirement to promote the development of new and high-tech industry, and financial support of high quality is the foundation of technology innovation.

Although Jiangsu province always put the development of new and high-tech industry in the prominent position, there are also some problems, such as low R&D input intensity and deficient financial structure. Therefore, this article analyze the present situation and problems from the action mechanism of financial support for new and high-tech industry. The result indicates that there are positive correlation among financial scale, financial structure and new high-tech enterprises, and the financial efficiency can't promote the development of new high-tech enterprises in Jiangsu province.

Finally, according to the empirical results and the foreign advanced experience, the author put forward the following measures: Firstly, further expand the scale of finance and establish multiple investment mechanism. Secondly, vigorously develop the financial structure and strengthen the policy guide, in order to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of Jiangsu province.
