我国民营企业产融结合绩效分析

摘要近年来，随着大型国企产融结合的不断升温，许多民企紧随其后，掀起了产融结合的二次浪潮。十八届三中全会召开后，国家鼓励发展混合所有制经济，鼓励民营企业积极实施产融结合，借力金融资本，拓展市场空间。在当前宏观经济整体表现疲弱的情况下，产业结构迫切需要转型升级，实现民营企业跨界融合有助于推动产业竞争力和活力。由于我国民企产融结合实践处于发展最初级阶段，历史经验较少，因此关于民营企业产融结合的绩效也成了实业界探讨的重要课题。本文主要探讨了我国民营企业产融结合的绩效以及产融结合的影响因素，通过spss构建指标体系定量分析了样本企业产融结合绩效，利用eviews构建多元回归模型分析其影响因素，结果表明：目前，我国民企产融结合的绩效并不显著，其中产融结合度是最重要的影响因素。47549

Title Analysis on the performance of Chinese private enterprises in the combination of industry and Finance

Abstract

In recent years, with the combination of large state-owned enterprise group and financial integration continues to heat up, many private companies followed, set off a combination of the second wave of the combination of production and finance. After the the third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee meeting,government encourages the development of mixed ownership economy, encourages private enterprises to actively implement the combination, leverage financial capital to expand market space. In the current background of macroeconomic weak performance, the industry structure is in urgent need of transformation and upgrading, the implementation of cross-border integration of private enterprises can promote industrial competitiveness and vitality. For a long time, the practice in the private enterprises is relatively young and so on private enterprise of industry and finance combination of performance has become the important topic discussed in the industrial field. The paper mainly discusses the achievement of combination of finance and industry in private enterprises in China and the factors influencing them.The article constructs index system with SPSS to analyze the sample enterprise of industry and finance combination of performance quantitatively, using Eviews to construct multivariate regression model to analyze the IIFC influencing factors, the conclusion shows that:At present, the performance of our national enterprises is not significant, and the degree of combination of production and finance is the most important factor that affects the performance of the combination of production and finance.
