摘要： 中小企业是作为国民经济的重要支柱，在社会财富积累、经济市场创新、增加就业和再就业、鼓励公众创业等方面都起到了积极的作用。但经营规模的限制，中小企业的融资比较困难，融资渠道也不广泛。融资难的问题已经成为阻碍中小企业发展壮大的主要原因。想办法解决中小企业的融资难题这无疑将是一条有效发展中小企业的途径。美国作为世界强国，其经济发展一直走在世界前列，对于中美两国的中小企业融资比较研究，可以师夷长技以制夷，用美国的经验与教训来指导中国的中小企业。本文主要对比我国中小企业融资情况和美国中小企业融资情况，分析中国中小企业融资困难以及其中存在的问题，并通过与美国的比较研究来为中国的中小企业的融资提出积极有效的对应方法。48983

Comparative study on the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises of Sino US

Abstract： As an important pillar of the national economy, small and medium-sized enterprises play a positive role in the accumulation of social wealth, innovation in the economic market, increasing employment and re employment, and encouraging the public to start a business. However, the scale of business constraints, small and medium enterprises financing more difficult, financing channels are not widely. The difficult problem of financing has become the main reason for the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises. To solve the financing problems of small and medium enterprises will undoubtedly be an effective way to develop small and medium enterprises. The United States as a world power, its economic development has been in the forefront of the world, for the financing of small and medium sized enterprises of China and the United States comparative study, Division Skills razed razed to the system, with the experience and lessons of the United States to guide the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in China. This paper mainly focuses on the comparison of financing of SMEs in China and the United States of small and medium-sized enterprises financing situation, analysis the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises and the problems existing, and through comparative research with the United States for the financing of China's small and medium enterprises put forward corresponding methods of active and effective.
