苏北地区城镇化发展策略研究

摘要：由于自然条件、社会经济条件的差异，苏北地区的城镇化水平低于江苏省的平均水平。呈现出城镇化水平低、城市辐射能力弱、城市结构性矛盾突出、地区城镇化水平不均匀等基本特征。文章通过分析苏北地区城镇化的发展现状，找到苏北地区城镇化进程中存在的问题，得出苏北地区城镇化水平滞后的原因，将理论阐述与实证分析相结合。提出苏北地区城镇化新的发展策略以解决在城镇化过程中产生的问题。54532

Abstract：Due to differences in natural conditions, social economic condition, the northern Jiangsu area urbanization level is lower than the average level of Jiangsu Province. Present a low level of urbanization, urban radiation ability, structural contradiction in urban, regional urbanization level uneven characteristics. In this article, through analysis of Jiangsu province urbanization development present situation, find the problems existing in the urbanization process in the northern Jiangsu area, the reasons of the lagging of Jiangsu province urbanization level, combining the theory expounded and empirical analysis. Put forward the new development strategy of urbanization in the northern Jiangsu area in order to solve the problems in the process of urbanization.

1 前言

“十一五”以来，随着经济的不断发展，城镇化的趋势也愈加的明显，地区性的城镇化差异也渐渐的显现出来，如江苏北部地区与南方部分发达地区相比就存在着不小的差距。目前，全国的城镇化进程正处于加速阶段，苏北地区也不例外，在城镇化进程不断加快的同时，伴随着苏北地区快速城镇化而来的种种问题也是我们所不能忽略的。诸如工业化和非农化的发展远超出城镇化的发展；大型中型城市的辐射范围不足，带动能力不强；区域协调发展不够等等。只有解决了快速城镇化过程中产生的种种问题，才能使苏北地区的城镇化发展走向正确的道路。苏北地区城镇化发展策略研究:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_58751.html
