摘  要：中国改革开放的历史进程是中国社会经济发展的进程。浙江等一些沿海地区的产业集群以其特有的发展模式，形成了强大的竞争实力和经济实力。特别是海宁皮革产业集群，从无到有，从小到大，经历了数十载，成为海宁经济的支柱，在国内外的皮革业都有一定的知名度。但在经济全球化和金融危机的形势下，海宁皮革产业集群面临着转型升级，急需寻找更好的发展方式。本文在海宁产业集群的发展历程及现状的基础上，寻找发展中的问题，分析转型的必要性，从而提出海宁皮革产业集宁皮革群的转型升级的策略。56739

Abstract：the historical course of China’s reform and opening up is the process of China’s social and econmic development.Leather industrial cluster in Zhejiang and other coastal areas with this unique development pattern are forming a strong competitive strength and economic strength. Especially the Haining leather industrial cluster started from scratch and from small to large,it had experienced several decades, and it had became the pillar of Haining's economy, the domestic leather industry have a certain visibility.But in the situation of economic globalization and the economic crisis ,it facing the development of industrial clusters upgrade and development of Haining leather industry cluster is a need to upgrade. Based on the current situation of the development process and on Haining leather industry cluster, then we find problems in the development and analyse the need for transformation. In the end ,we can make a suggestion for Haining leather industry cluster.

1  引言
