摘要随着中国经济的迅速发展，中国境内大量的国企、民企需要通过融资、重组、注资、收购及合并等途径来与全球经济融合，提高企业竞争力。通过海外上市，中国企业不但能筹集资本以获得更快的发展，而且可藉此改变原来单一的国有独资资本结构，通过构建有外资参与的混合经济企业，形成多元投资的法人治理结构，进而建立起现代企业制度。本文探讨了内地企业选择赴香港上市的相关问题。7979
本文在介绍了论文的选题背景和研究意义之后，对相关研究文献进行了归纳、综述。接着，分析了企业海外上市的现实背景。紧接着，结合统计数据,对香港股市和内地股市的相关性进行了研究。然后，对我国内地企业赴香港上市的优势进行了分析，并对内地企业赴港上市的途径选择进行了探究。最后，对我国内地企业赴香港上市需要注意的一些问题进行了说明。

Abstract

Through overseas listing of Chinese enterprises, not only can raise capital to obtain rapidder development, but also can change the original single state-owned capital structure, through the construction of foreign participation in the mixed economy of enterprise, form multivariate investment corporate governance structure, establish modern enterprise system. This paper discusses the mainland enterprises to select the listed Hongkong related issues.
This paper introduced the selected topic background and the research significance, the research literature are summarized, summary. Then, analysis of the enterprises listed overseas background.
