摘  要：被誉为“运行在路面上的地铁”的快速公交，目前正在被中国越来越多的城市所关注或实施。本文通过分析常州市快速公交在建设进程、运营特征、实施效益等方面的现状，找出了常州市快速公交在运营效率、公交站点布局、车道宽度、停车保养场、工作人员服务水平等方面存在的问题，通过分析这些问题，提出了完善运营控制机制、优化公交站点布设、合理规划预留用地、扩展保养场建设面积和着力加强人员管理五个方面的改善建议，希望有利于常州市快速公交系统的完善，同时为全国其他城市快速公交的发展提供一定的参考。57088

Abstract：The rapid transit, which is hailed as “the subway running on the road,” is currently being concerned or implemented by more and more Chinese cities. By analyzing the status quo of the Changzhou Bus Rapid Transit in the process of building, operating characteristics and the implementation effects to identify the problems of Changzhou Bus Rapid Transit in operational efficiency, the layout of bus station, lane width, depots, service levels of the staff and other aspects. Through the problems, we can put forward five recommendations in these areas, including improving operational control mechanisms, optimizing the layout of bus station, planning the land reserved rationally, expanding the area of warranty and strengthening personnel management in order to improve Changzhou Bus Rapid Transit system, while providing a reference for the development of rapid transit in other cities across the country.

1  引言
