摘 要：随着物价的上涨，劳动密集型的服装企业在当前环境下，愈发不适合原先的生产模式，需要进行转型升级。虽然在现阶段的市场环境之下，中小型服装企业受到了许多发展阻力，情况不容乐观，但终究也存在着优势与机遇。在结合一些有利的发展策略下，未来中小型服装企业的发展之路还是充满希望的。本课题主要从张家港的中小型服装企业的发展现状着手，进行描述分析，对于由此引发的企业的转型升级问题，从企业存在的销售、生产、品牌、管理、融资等方面出发，提出对应的解决策略。58800

Abstract: With rising prices, labor-intensive garment enterprises in the current environment, more is not suitable for the original production mode, the need for transformation and upgrading.
