摘 要:最近一些年来，由于全球经济的迅速发展以及大型机场的功能不断发展、完善，空港新城这一名词开始出现并快速发展。空港新城在国外由于起步早各方面的发展较为全面和先进，而国内的空港新城总体来说尚处于起步阶段[1]。本文从南京空港新城的发展现状入手，以南京禄口空港新城的建设为载体，重点介绍了南京禄口空港新城目前的发展状况，探索了空港新城目前在占地规模、产业关联性、自主创新能力、基础设施建设等方面的存在的问题。并在此基础上提出了扩大规模、进行合理的布局、提高产业关联性、增强自主创新能力、完善基础设施等有利于空港新城继续又快又好地发展的建议。70897

Abstract: In recent years, due to the rapidly development of the economic globalization and the function of large airport Metro Airport, the term of the Metro Airport began to emerge and develop rapidly in foreign countries. In this paper the development status of Nanjing Metro Airport to the construction of the Metro Nanjing Lukou Airport as the carrier,.It introduces the development status of Nanjing Lukou Airport Metro currently, explores the Metro Airport currently in the area of the scale, the industrial association, the independent innovation ability, the problems of infrastructure construction and other areas. 1 引言
