摘 要：徐州市在传统工业化进程中取得了较大进展，但同时也存在着较大问题。面对目前低碳经济发展的新形势，如何进行产业转型升级、生态环境的保护与恢复以及实现建成和谐社会的目标，是徐州作为资源型城市面临的重要难题。本文以低碳经济背景下的徐州市为研究对象，首先介绍了低碳经济的内涵，指出徐州市进行产业转型的必要性，然后分析了徐州市产业转型的现状，总结了徐州市产业转型在速度、结构、资源、科技水平及环境方面存在的困难，并针对这些困难提出了徐州市产业转型的对策和建议。70905

Abstract：Xuzhou has made great progress in the process of traditional industrialization, but there also exists many problems. Facing the current low-carbon economic development in the new situation, how to carry out transformation and upgrading of industry, put ecological restoration and reconstruction into effect and achieve the goal of building a harmonious society, it is one of the most important problems of the resources city. Taking Xuzhou which is under the background of low-carbon economy as research object, this paper firstly introduces the definition of low-carbon economy and points out the necessity of Xuzhou industry transformation. Then it analyzes the present situation of Xuzhou city industry transformation and summarizes the difficulty of Xuzhou city industry transformation in speed, structure, resource, technology level and environment. It also puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of Xuzhou city industry transformation which are aimed at these problems.

1 引言
