摘要中韩建交20多年，两国经济贸易关系发展迅速。随着贸易环境和贸易条件的改变，中韩两国为了加强和深化在经济贸易领域中的合作，于2012年5月正式启动中韩自贸区的谈判，旨在为两国货物贸易提供制度保障，并拓展新兴战略服务领域的合作，如电子商务、节能环保、金融服务等。2015年2月，中韩双方完成中韩自贸协定全部文本的草签，对协定内容进行了确认。同年6月，中韩自贸协定正式签署，标志着中韩自贸区建立正式完成制度的制定，即将进入实施阶段。建立中韩自贸区，将有利于促进亚太区域经济一体化。75737

Abstract : China and South Korea established diplomatic relations more than  20 years, rapid development of bilateral economic and trade relations。 With the changing of trade environment and trade conditions, China and South Korea in order to strengthen and deepen cooperation in economic and trade fields, in May 2012, they officially launched the negotiations on China-ROK FTA which is designed to provide for the system of trade in goods between the two countries security, and expand cooperation in the emerging field of strategic services, such as e-commerce, environmental protection and financial services。 February 2015, China and the South Korea initialed the content of FTA and confirmed the details。 In June, China and South Korea signed a free trade agreement, marking the establishment of China-ROK FTA to complete a formal system which is about to enter the implementation phase。 Establishment of China-ROK FTA will help promote regional economic integration。
