摘 要：邳州是我国四大胶合板生产基地之一，其板材产品远销30多个国家和地区。其板材加工业乃是本地第一大支柱产业，也是江苏省重点发展的集群产业。本文首先从出口量、出口市场、产业集聚、政府扶持四个角度介绍邳州板材加工出口企业的发展现状；其次采用数据分析、案例研究的方法从不合理的贸易结算方式，潜在的汇兑风险，缺乏知名品牌，人力资源匮乏，出口产品结构单一、层次低下几个方面指出板材加工出口企业存在的问题，最后针对上述原因逐一提出了邳州板材加工出口企业在对外贸易竞争中寻求生存和发展的相应对策。75775

Abstract：Pizhou is one of four China's Plywood production bases, its panel products are exported to more than 30 countries and regions。 The panel processing industry is the first pillar industry in Pizhou, which is also a cluster industry that Jiangsu province focus on。 Firstly, this paper introduced the present situation of the panel processing exporting enterprises from four aspects of the exporting amount, the exporting market, cluster industry and government support。 Secondly, deeply analyzed the problems that the panel processing exporting enterprises existed with the method of data analysis and case study, which including unreasonable trade settlement way, potential risk of exchange, absence of world-famous brands, shortage of human resource, the single low-level industrial structure of exporting products。 Finally, put forward the corresponding countermeasures one by one for the panel processing exporting enterprises how to seek survival and development in foreign trade competition, for the reasons above。

1 引言
邳州板材加工业起步于1993年，起源于邳州市官湖镇，以当地意杨资源库为依托。邳州板材加工出口企业通过开发民间市场和对外招商，积极引导板材加工业的集群效应，并在国内不断发展中积极打开国际市场，开辟出新的道路。如今的邳州市是国家外贸转型升级地坪地材专业型示范基地，是江苏省重点培育的20个产业集群之一，论文网也是国内四大胶合板生产基地之一。自2008年邳州出口胶合板产业集聚区挂牌成立以来，探索出适合邳州板材加工出口企业发展的道路一直是地方政府关注的重点。近年来，由于人造板产业无序扩张，国内外市场需求下滑，行业产能过剩，整个产业也陷入前所未有的困局。在如此严峻的形势下，邳州板材加工出口企业迫切需要转型升级。本文从不同层面分析了当前邳州板材加工出口企业面临的困境，最后为邳州板材加工出口企业提高对外贸易竞争力出谋划策，帮助企业突破国际贸易壁垒，使邳州板材加工出口企业不仅要走出逆境，更要进入转型发展的新形态。 邳州板材加工出口企业面临的问题分析及对策研究:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_86800.html
