摘 要：服装业现在越来越成为经济发展中的重要支柱。本文通过分析常熟服装业在服装品牌、服装营销渠道和经济效益等方面的现状，找出了常熟市服装业在品牌竞争力、网络营销、供需矛盾和服装行业专业人才等方面存在的问题，通过分析问题的形成原因，提出了提升品牌竞争力、推出Buy+产品、解决“卖衣难，买衣也难”之矛盾和培养和引进专业人才四个方面的针对性对策，为常熟市服装业的发展出谋划策。75774

Abstract ：The clothing industry is now becoming more and more important in the economic development。 By analyzing the status quo of the Changshu clothing industry in the clothing brand, clothing marketing channels and economic results, this paper identifies the problems of the Changshu City clothing industry in brand competitiveness, network marketing, supply and demand contradiction and clothing industry professional talents and so on。 It puts forward four aspects of targeted countermeasures, such as promoting brand competitiveness, launching Buy+ products, solving the contradiction between selling clothes and buying clothes as well as training and introducing the professional talents through analyzing the reasons of the problem。 Hope it can give suggestions for the development of clothing industry in Changshu City。

1  引言

近年来，随着人们生活水平的提高，人们的穿着、时尚观念也在逐渐发生着改变，服装成为现代人们生活中不可或缺的重要内容。从常熟开发服装以来，常熟服装业发展迅猛，服装对整个常熟社会经济的带动和促进起到了极大地作用。
