摘要：在全球信息化，电子商务快速发展的背景下，由于各种弊端，传统贸易方式已无法达到全球电商时代下贸易模式的要求，本文先介绍了电商的概念、特点、在国外以及在我国国内的发展历史，并结合了我国外贸企业目前应用电子商务的现状从商机和挑战正反两面分析了电子商务给我国外贸企业带来的影响，在全文的末尾根据我国目前外贸行业应用电子商务所遇到的问题，从宏观-外部环境以及微观-企业内部环境两个角度对具体问题提出了针对性的意见，对我国外贸企业如何在电子商务模式下实现全球市场化，提升自身的竞争能力从而拓展更多的市场份额做出展望。78775
