摘要随着互联网经济的不断深入发展，发展分享经济的浪潮正在席卷全球，而在服务行业，发展这一新型的经济业态也已经成了大势所趋。目前，分享经济在服务行业仍处于快速发展的阶段，它在带给社会大众生活便利，促进创新创业进步，推动互联网和生态文明建设可持续发展的同时也存在着监管漏洞，诚信缺失，不公平竞争等问题。本文从分享经济发展的特点和必要条件，以及现有的服务行业分享经济市场情况出发，分析服务行业发展分享经济的意义及存在的问题，从政府，企业，消费者三个角度提出可解决的思路，并以“优步”为例进行实证研究，通过问卷调查的形式，分析其在服务行业发展所需进行的调整。最终对分享经济在服务行业的健康可持续发展提出可行性建议。76641
