摘要在世界经济快速发展的大背景下，尤其对于中国来说，产业转移对于国内社会经济的发展有着巨大的推动作用，无论是发生在国内的产业转移，还是在国际上各国家之间的产业转移，都无疑显得十分重要。产业转移是经济发展趋势之一，不仅能促进国内产业结构的调整升级，同样也作为我国为实现各区域之间的经济社会健康发展、协调发展和可持续发展的主要方法之一。

如何能最大发挥县域承接产业转移的优势，以什么样的途径和机制来承接产业转移以及怎样做到最大化的开发出承接产业转移对于县域带来的积极效应，同时尽可能的避免产业转移带来的消极影响，为推动县域社会经济协调发展、健康发展以及可持续发展带来积极有效的作用。所以，研究县域承接产业转移的机制与效应、对于县域来说走合适自己及独具自身特色的发展道路是一项有着极具研究价值和重大意义的研究课题。77667
