江苏省产业转移及其环境效应研究

摘要：产业转移正在重塑江苏的产业地理格局，同时也推动了环境污染的转移和扩散。基于污染转移量的估计方法来探讨产业转移的环境效应，利用2005-2014年江苏省相关的规模以上工业企业数据，计算由产业转移而带来的的污染产生量及其空间和行业差异。结果表明:在2005-2014年之间，江苏省产业转移的空间梯度特征明显，产业大都由苏南地区转出，向苏中及苏北地区的地级市转移，污染排放量也随着产业在不同地级市之间的转移而在不同地级市之间重新分布。同时，污染产生量的空间转移具有明显的梯度特征，在2005-2014年间，转出污染产生量最多的是南京、无锡和苏州等地级市，污染产生量转入最多的是徐州、淮安、盐城等地级市。另外，污染产生量的转移具有明显的行业差异，纺织、化学原料及化学制品业等较主要向苏中、苏北地区转移，而造纸及纸制品业则更多的是在苏南地区重新分布。78562

Abstract: Transfer of industry is reshaping the geography of industry in Jiangsu, but also promote the transfer and diffusion of environmental pollution。 Jiangsu Province in 2014 related to the industrial enterprises above designated size data, calculate the amount of pollution generated by the difference between the industry and its spatial and transfer of industry brought in - to explore the environmental effects of industrial transfer, the use of 2005 estimation method based on the amount of pollution transfer。 The results showed that: 2005 - Between 2014, spatial gradients in Jiangsu province industry transition obviously, most of the industry in southern Jiangsu transferred, the transfer to the Soviet Union and prefecture-level city in northern Jiangsu area, along with industrial pollution emissions prefecture-level city in the transfer between the different re-distributed between different prefecture-level city。 At the same time, space transfer of polluting generation has obvious gradient feature in 2005--2014 years, turn out the most pollution amount is prefecture-level city of Nanjing, Wuxi and Suzhou, pollution amount transferred most of Xuzhou, Huaian, Yancheng and other prefecture-level city。 In addition, the transfer of polluting generation industry has obvious difference, textiles, chemicals and chemical products industry representing mainly to the Soviet Union, North transfer, and paper and paper products industry is more of a re-distribution in the southern region 。

1 引言
