摘要随着知识产权在国际经济竞争中的作用日益上升，越来越多的国家都已经制定和实施了知识产权战略。面临新时期的国际发展机遇和和平环境, 知识产权是我国和平崛起的工具。我国将由经济大国转变成创新大国, 而加强知识产权保护成为我们的历史使命。本毕业论文在信息加工与综合的基础上，结合我国国际贸易中知识产权保护的现状，深入我国国际贸易中知识产权保护的问题，并借鉴发达国家知识产权保护经验，提出一些对我国国际贸易中知识产权保护的对策建议。10211

Abstract
With the rising role of intellectual property rights in the international economic competition, more and more countries have developed and implemented intellectual property strategies. Facing the new era of international development opportunities and a peaceful environment, intellectual property is the tool of China's peaceful rise. The economic power of our country will be transformed into innovative country, to strengthen intellectual property protection is our historic mission.
