摘要：中国和澳大利亚之间的铁矿石贸易往来由来已久，自中澳建交以来，尽管过程有挫折，但还是朝着预期的方向发展。在经济贸易上，中国和澳大利亚相互依赖，相互影响，一体化的世界经济进程的越来越快，两国的合作越来越紧密。在铁矿石贸易上，中国和澳大利亚具有强大的互补性，目前世界上公认的最大铁矿石进口国是中国，加之求过于供的国内铁矿石现状，而澳大利亚本身拥有强大的矿石资源储备和出口能力，使得中国对其的依赖性与日俱增。但是在国际铁矿石贸易上，中国地位轻如鸿毛，对铁矿石定价毫无话语权，造成中国在中澳交往中贸易不平衡。要解决这个问题，需要政府、企业的努力，政府要加强国内基础设施建设，建立健全铁矿石资源的战略体系，企业在有能力的情况下加大对澳大利亚的投资，成立跨国公司，发掘和培育国际性人才。79884
